The successful candidate must be:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The candidate’s job duties will include:

  • Maintaining employee records
  • Carrying out administrative functions to support human resources procedures and policies
  • Assist HR coordinator to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Scanning and faxing
  • Performing other duties as assigned
