As general plant manager for Klein Products of Texas with more than 24 years of combined experience, Mike Shepperd oversees a team of more than 135 people spanning our engineering, production, human resources, accounting, safety, quality and maintenance departments. And across all those areas of expertise, he always seems to know how to bring out the best in each and every person he works with.
